Last weekend, Nicole Renard traded her title of Miss Tri-Cities Outstanding Teen to become Miss Washington’s Outstanding Teen. Nicole, a 16 year old high school student, will go on to compete for the national title in Orlando this August.

Nicole’s crowning was made even more exciting by the fact that her older sister Victoria was the reigning Miss Washington’s Outstanding and passed on the crown and title to her young sister.
